Who handles the enquiry

Information collected

• Name and mobile number.
• Budget range, buying timeline, funding plan and buying purpose.
• Visit readiness, optional preferred date and acknowledgement of the advertised location and price context.
• Consent time, page address, referring page and advertising-attribution details such as campaign, keyword, device and Google click identifier when present.
• Notes and outcomes recorded during follow-up, including connection, qualification, visit and booking status.

Do not submit Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, payment-card information, passwords or a child’s personal information through this form.

Why it is used

• Respond to the specific property enquiry.
• Check whether the stated location, budget and timeline are relevant before arranging a visit.
• Share the verified location, cost details, documents and available-plot information.
• Coordinate and record a possible site visit.
• Measure which advertising source produced an enquiry and prevent duplicate records.

Submitting the form is not a booking, payment instruction or commitment to purchase.

Who may receive it

Access is limited to Vansh Global, the designated caller, and the relevant seller or site-visit team when required for this enquiry. The workflow may use website hosting, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, email and—when configured—Telegram to store the enquiry and alert the team. These providers process information to operate the workflow; the details are not intended for unrelated marketing or resale.

Advertising measurement

If Google Ads measurement is enabled, the website asks separately before loading the measurement tag. Allowing measurement helps connect an advertisement with a completed enquiry. Declining does not stop the form, callback or site-visit process. Advertising click details included in a submitted enquiry may still be stored with that enquiry for source attribution.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information is kept only while reasonably needed to respond, coordinate follow-up, measure the pilot and maintain necessary business records. Inactive records should be reviewed and removed when no longer required. You may ask Vansh Global to provide, correct or delete your enquiry information, or to stop further property follow-up, using the contact details above. A record may be retained when required for an applicable legal or dispute-resolution purpose.

Security and complaints

Access to the lead Sheet and notification settings should be limited to authorised people. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
